We offer institutional clients a range of investment funds with solid track record. Our fund product range consists of funds that suit well as building blocks of a well built investment portfolio. Due to their low risk level they allow a larger proportion of high risk products in a portfolio allocation without increasing the risk level in the total portfolio. Our fund range also includes funds that have high risk-return profile. Our funds do not typically have benchmarks that would tie portfolio managers' decision making to indexes. |
Our core competence is investing in real assets like REITs and listed infrastructure companies. As compared to traditional equity investments, these asset classes offer significant diversification benefits as well as inflation hedge.
We offer our institutional clients also discretionary portfolio management, structured products as well as brokerage services - in a way that best meets the client's interest.
